One of my cornerstone beliefs is that true wellness starts in your own backyard - and I mean that literally as well as figuratively. From backyard gardens to community gatherings, my hope is to inspire a complete revival of place-based living. I started Local Folk with a vision to cultivate health, sustainability, and strong community bonds in my hometown. Through farm-grown products, mindful cultivation, and traditional methods, we strive to inspire a deeper connection to the land and legacy of Old Florida.
